Wife to an amazing pastor husband, mother to three beautiful daughters, leads NAMB Replant Spouse Care and Development, and counselor to the strongest women in the world. Darlene has a master's degree in Christian Counseling from Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary and Doctor of Ministry in Counseling from Liberty University. She enjoys homeschooling her girls, being in and around the ocean, and traveling!

Wife, homeschooling mama of three hilarious kids, and Christ follower.  From 2014 - 2020 she served a church replant in Jacksonville, Florida alongside her husband JimBo Stewart who now serves as Associate Director of the NAMB Replant Team. Audrea and JimBo met at William Carey where they both received their degrees in theatre. She has been a pastor’s wife since 2004 and a pastor’s daughter since she was two years old. Audrea has been a speaker for various NAMB events such as Am I A Replanter and the Replant Summit and is very passionate about encouraging Replanter Wives.

Always valuing and looking for a way to refresh items of antiquity, Replanting was a natural choice. Barb and Bob, her husband of over 30 years, have spent that same amount of time in various ministry settings together. They most recently spent over nine years replanting a church in the St Louis metro. Barb has had the opportunity to encourage other Replant pastor wives in small group settings, as well as being a speaker at various NAMB events such as Am I a Replanter and The Replant Summit. She enjoys encouraging and praying for women in ministry, specifically Replant wives. 

Barb is Mama to three incredible young adults, Gammy to five of the most precious little humans and dog mom to rescued pittie mixes Dax and Daisy.

Kathy and her husband Andy have been married for nearly 30 years and enjoy being parents to two grown sons and their beautiful wives. They are very excited to soon welcome their first grand baby in 2024!
The Addis’ have served as the pastoral family at CrossPoint Church, a rural multisite serving 13 locations in Kansas. Being a pastor’s wife for the entirety of their married lives, Kathy has had the privilege of walking with, encouraging and being encouraged by so many other amazing pastor’s wives. She has the blessing of being the Volunteer Ministry Wives Coordinator for their two state convention and leads the prayer ministry at her church.
Kathy loves hanging out with her family and especially date nights with her “Sweetness.” She is an occasional blogger (http://theruralpastorswife.com) and a cohost on the CPXL podcast with Andy. She enjoys getting her hands dirty tinkering in the garage, refurbishing old furniture and crafting anything with her Cricut.

Growing up watching her contractor father rehab houses, Joyce knows the value of replacing pieces that no longer serve the family with safe, more appropriate, sound structural elements. Walking with her husband through churches in transition is the same. Church growth never happens without discomfort; but respecting history, caring about congregation concerns, and focusing on the big WHY of the GOSPEL paves the way forward. Progress is an uphill journey that God calls each of us into for His glory.

She never imagined she would be a "pastor's wife," but after 16 years in ministry, she guesses it's true! She and Will were high school sweethearts and have been married for 28 years. They have three kids, all in various stages of adulthood. Erin has a BA in English with a Creative Writing Cognate from Regent University and is working toward an MA in Women's Ministry from Southeastern Seminary.  She works full-time at a Pregnancy Resource Center and part-time as the Worship Leader for her church.  Her other loves include Italian food, desserts, and UGA football.
